Terms of use

By using Big Gorilla Sports you agree to these terms, alongside Apple's standard terms for apps from the App Store. Big Gorilla Sports is made by Human First AI, Victoria, Australia.

What the app is

A schedule for the sports you follow: session times in your own time, where to watch, reminders, change alerts, your calendar, and your mates. It never shows results or scores.

Independence

Big Gorilla Sports is an independent fan app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any competition, team, league, series or broadcaster. Names of competitions, events, teams and venues are used only to say what is on and when.

Times can change

We take real care with every time: each one is checked against official sources, and provisional times are marked as provisional. But organisers move sessions, weather intervenes, and a broadcaster may start its coverage at a different time. Please check the official source when it matters to you. We are not responsible for a session you miss or a cost you incur because a time was changed, late, or wrong.

Pro

Pro is a subscription that renews automatically, bought and managed through your Apple ID: yearly or monthly, at the price shown in the app before you buy. A free trial or introductory price, where offered, turns into the full price at the end unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. You can cancel any time in your iPhone's Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple. If Pro ends, you keep the free features for one competition.

Mates

Connecting is optional and needs Sign in with Apple, and nobody is connected until the other person taps Accept. Be decent: do not use nudges, invites or "You in?" pages to harass anyone. You can remove, block or report a mate at any time. We may remove a connection or an account that is used to bother people.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Apart from those rights, the app is provided as it is, and our responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the previous 12 months.

Changes and law
