A time looks wrong

Tell us the event and the session. Every time is checked against the official timetable, and a fix reaches everyone following, with an alert and their calendar moved. Times marked provisional are the series' usual weekend until the official timetable is out.

I'm not getting reminders

In iPhone Settings, Apps, Big Gorilla Sports, Notifications: turn Allow Notifications on, and choose Immediate Delivery rather than Scheduled Summary. When iPhone asks about Time Sensitive alerts, tap Leave On, so a Focus never holds a start back. The app's own Settings shows whether notifications are on.

The times are in the wrong time zone

Times follow your phone. If you have just travelled, open the app once and everything moves to your new time.

How do I get my sports in my calendar?

With Pro, in the app's Settings tap Calendar and follow the steps. Your Calendar app then keeps every session up to date by itself, and a moved session moves in your calendar too. To remove it: iPhone Settings, Apps, Calendar, Calendar Accounts, then Big Gorilla Sports, then Delete Account.

Will it spoil a result?

No. The app never shows results or scores, in the app, the calendar or any notification. Records shown on an event page are frozen for the season, so they can never give away this weekend.

How do I connect with a mate?

In Mates you have a six digit code that never changes. Say it, or send a link. Your mate opens Big Gorilla Sports, taps Mates, then Enter a code, and types it. You then tap Accept. Only first names and what you follow are shared.

Someone is bothering me

In Mates, tap the three dots on their card, then Remove, Block or Report. Blocked people can never connect with you or nudge you again, and they are not told. We read every report.

How do I cancel Pro?

In iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Big Gorilla Sports. You keep the free features for one competition.

How do I delete my data?

In the app, Settings, Reset and delete my data. It removes everything on the phone and on our service at once. To leave the launch list, write to hello@biggorillasports.com.au.
